Job Title: Head of Training and Development 

• Hours: Full Time – 40 hours
• Contract Term: 12 months fixed contract
• Start date: 7 October 2025
• Location: Jubilee Central, Enfield, EN1 1FS

Responsibilities and Duties:

Leadership Development:

• Design, oversee, and execute leadership development processes at Jubilee that equip and develop members into Kingdom Builders.
• Write and deliver courses, classes, and programmes across Small Groups, Serve Teams, Staff Development, Pastoral Leadership Training (PLT), Interns, and more.
• Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in both the creation and execution of leadership pathways.

Discipleship & Leadership Hubs:

• Oversee and administrate our Discipleship Groups and Leadership Hubs.
• Provide coaching, support, and accountability for leaders.

Young Adults Small Groups:

• Oversee Young Adults (YA) Small Groups by coaching group leaders and monitoring growth and health.
• Support the ongoing advancement of YA discipleship.

Sunday Services & Prayer Meetings & Other Events:

• Take a lead role in upfront hosting at Sunday services, prayer meetings, and other church gatherings.
• Help with other one off areas such as Courage Conference and Women’s ministry

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Higher level of education desirable.
• Experience in designing and delivering development training programme in a large organisation desirable.
• Experience of speaking in front of a large crowd and small group desirable.
• Must have Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Previous experience in coaching and mentoring desirable.
• Must have strong administrative and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools desirable.
• Must have a passion for leadership development, discipleship, and building the local church.
• Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to work in line with the values of the Christian faith.
• Must have a friendly, confident, and approachable manner.
• Availability to start immediately.
